Risk-control rules

Operational monitoring and risk controls for an automated foreign-exchange workflow.

Overview
What we built
Automation is only safe when you can see exactly what it is doing. This project focused on the monitoring and risk side of an automated foreign-exchange workflow: the controls, alerts, and audit signals that keep an unattended process accountable.
Risk-oriented rules constrain behaviour while operational monitoring and audit trails make the workflow observable in real time. The result is automation that runs with far more visibility and control than a bare execution script.
Technology
What we delivered
Execution monitoring
Operational alerts and audit signals
How we approached it
A disciplined path from problem to working system.
Understand
We start with the users, the data, and the systems already in place.
Shape
We define the outcome and the technical approach before building.
Build
We deliver in visible increments with engineering quality throughout.
Operate
We support, observe, and evolve the system after it ships.
Outcome
More visible and controlled operation of an automated FX workflow.
