Overview
What we built
Fleet operations generate a constant stream of receipts, price updates, breakdown reports, and maintenance records, often as messages rather than tidy forms. This platform lets those arrive by text, picture message, or email and pulls them into structured operational workflows.
Behind a role-based portal for managers, drivers, and mechanics, incidents move from report to assignment to closure, with safeguards against duplicate acknowledgements. The result is an authenticated flow that connects field events, maintenance work, and back-office coordination.
